Biography
Anna Jones has been a news presenter for more than 25 years and is currently the main anchor for Sky News Breakfast at the weekends.
She joined Sky News in 2005 and since then has presented every show on the channel and has been on air for a wide range of breaking news stories.
She presented coverage of the Brexit referendum from Belfast, covered the Streatham terror attacks live from the scene, broke the news of George Michael鈥檚 death, covered the wedding of the Prince and Princess of Wales from Buckingham Palace and recently was live on air for Liz Truss鈥檚 resignation as Prime Minister.
She鈥檚 interviewed top politicians, including Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, Hollywood stars from Angelina Jolie to Oliver Stone and sports stars like Jessica Ennis-Hill and David Beckham.
Prior to working at Sky, Anna spent 12 years at the BBC, where she presented shows on BBC1, BBC2, BBC World and was part of the launch team for the BBC News Channel.
