A 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man died in Oxfordshire.
Thames Valley Police said the 20-year-old man was found with injuries on Chinnor Road in Thame just after 7pm on Wednesday and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives said they wanted to speak to a group of young men seen in the area at the time.
Just before the police appeal, firefighters in the town tweeted that they had "attended a serious road traffic collision" - thought to be related.
Police urged any witnesses who have video to come forward and not put it on social media.
Detective Inspector Mike Roddy said: "Although the details of what exactly has happened are unclear at the moment, we would like to hear from you if you saw anything suspicious [on Wednesday] evening in Chinnor Road or Essex Road and the surrounding areas.
"We know there were a number of people in the area who will have seen this unfold and may have even caught some of the incident on video.
"Please do not share this video on social media, but instead share it with police.
"A man has died in this incident and if you have footage or pictures this could be very traumatic for the family and friends of the man who has died."
The arrested teenager is from Oxfordshire and remains in police custody.
