Boy, 15, charged with murder of bus driver in Elgin

A 15-year-old boy has appeared in court charged with the murder of a bus driver in Moray.
Keith Rollinson, 58, died at Dr Gray's Hospital following an alleged assault at Elgin bus station at around 10.40pm on Friday.
A 15-year-old boy was arrested and charged in connection with the incident and appeared at Elgin Sheriff Court on Monday.
The teenager, who cannot be named due to legal reasons, made no plea to the single murder charge.
The suspect was remanded in custody and is due back in court within the next eight days.

Following Mr Rollinson's death, Police Scotland said officers were providing his family with support.
Stagecoach North Scotland earlier said the firm was "shocked and saddened" by the news.
