Two of rugby's Super League matches have been postponed this weekend after six Hull FC players and two members of staff tested positive for coronavirus.
Hull played against Salford Red Devils on Sunday and both teams have had to change their schedule.
Salford's match against Catalans Dragons on Saturday and Hull's match against Castleford on Sunday have both been postponed, the Rugby Football League has announced.
Both Hull and Salford had also been forced to cancel Wednesday's scheduled training sessions - just 10 days after the resumption of fixtures.
The 2020 Super League season had restarted on 2 August - four months after it was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Five Hull players who were involved in the match at the Emerald Headingley Stadium in Leeds tested positive. A sixth member of the squad, who did not feature in the game which Hull lost 54-18, also recorded a positive test.
In addition, Public Health England informed Hull that two members of their coaching staff had tested positive for coronavirus.
Sky Sports reported that the Salford players and staff had returned negative test results, but will still go into self-isolation.
All players at clubs in the Super League are tested for the coronavirus once a week.
It comes as the UK recorded its highest number of daily coronavirus cases in nearly two months. In the 24 hours up to 9am on Tuesday, there were 1,148 confirmed cases.
Earlier this week, three Scottish football matches were postponed following breaches of coronavirus lockdown rules by a number of Aberdeen and Celtic players.
