COVID-19: UK records 379 more coronavirus-related deaths and 120,821 new cases, daily figures show
Latest government data shows that more than 35.8 million booster and third doses have now been delivered across the nation, with 1.4 million in the past seven days.

The UK has recorded 379 further coronavirus-related deaths and 120,821 new COVID-19 cases in the latest 24-hour period, according to government figures.
Deaths data on a Tuesday is often higher due to a weekend lag.
It is the highest number of daily deaths since 24 February last year, when 442 fatalities were reported.
The latest figures compare with 142,224 cases and 77 deaths recorded on Monday.
This time last week, 4 January, the UK reported 218,724 cases and 49 fatalities.
The latest figures mean since the start of the pandemic, 150,609 people have died within 28 days of testing positive for the virus.
Vaccine rollout
Meanwhile, another 149,495 booster and third doses of a coronavirus vaccine have been administered in the UK.
A total of 194,177 new doses have been administered, the latest vaccine rollout figures show - including 17,954 first doses and 26,728 second jabs.
More than 35.8 million booster and third doses have now been delivered across the nation, with 1.4 million in the past seven days.
Over 62% of people aged 12 and above in the UK are estimated to have now received a booster or third dose.
Everyone aged 18 and over is eligible for a booster if they are three months on from receiving their second dose of vaccine.
Since the beginning of the COVID vaccine rollout, a total of 135,551,676 jabs have been administered - including 51.9m first doses, 47.7m second doses and 35.8m third doses.
Hospitalisations
Government figures also show that a total of 19,828 people were in hospital with COVID-19 across the country on Monday.
This is up 21% week on week and is the highest figure since 16 February 2021.

It is also just over half the peak recorded during the UK's second COVID wave, which was 39,254 on 18 January 2021.
The UK also logged 2,286 COVID hospital admissions on 6 January - down 3% week on week.
Admissions peaked at 4,583 on 12 January 2021 during the second wave.
