Dundee murder investigation: Second suspect charged and due in court over Steven Hutton's death

A second suspect has been charged in a murder investigation into the death of a man in Dundee.
Steven Hutton, 43, was found seriously injured inside a property on the city's Charleston Road on Saturday night.
Mr Hutton was taken to Ninewells Hospital, where he died on Sunday.
Police Scotland said his family have asked for "privacy at this difficult time".
Mr Hutton's death is being treated as murder following a post-mortem examination and "extensive enquiries" are ongoing to establish the full circumstances, the force added.
In an update on Wednesday, police said a second man had been arrested and charged in connection with the death.
The 39-year-old suspect is due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court today.
Barry Murray, 43, has already appeared in the dock charged with murder.
Murray, of Dundee, made no plea and was remanded in custody until his next court appearance.
