'Forget the battle of the sexes - to achieve gender equality women need men'
The Pledge panellist June Sarpong says recent campaigns don't mean feminism has won and it won't until women aim to work with men.

Movements like #MeToo and Times's Up might be making strides in highlighting inequalities but parity will only be achieved with the help of men, writes The Pledge's June Sarpong...
The #MeToo movement has rightly called "Time's Up" on sexual harassment.
Established institutions have been called out for their lack of equal pay.
And the under-representation of women is finally being acknowledged in politics and business.
But does this mean feminism has won?
Unlikely.
If the election of Trump and the EU referendum tell us anything, it's that you cannot assume an argument is won just because the opposing view has become marginalised.
In both these cases we assumed victory and stopped listening to the misgivings on the other side of the argument.
Failure to engage the quiet minority or majority just leads to a temporary victory until someone comes along who is able to articulate what they are thinking.
:: Feminism has gone far enough, most Britons say
To stop this happening here, it's time for the women of the world to unite with like-minded men.
The path towards gender equality is something that can only be achieved together.
Failure to include men in the discussion will not create long-term sustainable change.
So forget the battle of the sexes. It's time for the collaboration of the sexes.
