A 42-year-old woman from the Leeds area was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless or inconsiderate driving.
She has been bailed to return to Thorpe Wood Police Station in Peterborough on 24 November, according to Cambridgeshire Police.
The incident took place at Horsley Hale Farm, a glamping resort on the Cambridgeshire-Norfolk border.
The farm said it was "absolutely heartbroken" upon hearing the news and that Isabella's family are "in all our thoughts and prayers".
In a statement, the holiday park added: "We would like to pay special tribute to the team of staff working that evening who could not have done more to deal with what was a terribly difficult situation."
It has set up a fund to plant a tree in Isabella's memory with contributions from guests staying with them at the time.
