Handcuffed man, 22, found dead in river in Hampshire
Hampshire Police do not name the man but confirm he is a 22-year-old who was detained by the force more than two months ago.

The body of a man wearing handcuffs - who had been detained by police more than two months ago - has been discovered in a river in Southampton.
Hampshire Police said initial enquiries suggested the body had been in the River Itchen in Woodmill for some time.
Officers were alerted to the discovery at 6.19pm on Sunday.
The force did not name the man, but said he had been identified as a 22-year-old from Southampton.
They said he was in handcuffs, having been detained by police in the city on 12 January.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious at this time," Hampshire Police said.
"An internal review is ongoing and a file is being prepared for the coroner."
