Hindley: Woman seriously injured and another hurt in stabbing
Police say they were called to reports of a double stabbing in Hindley but they are not treating the incident as terror-related.

A woman is in hospital with serious injuries and another was slightly hurt after a stabbing incident.
Greater Manchester Police responded to reports of a double stabbing on Atherton Road in Hindley, Greater Manchester, at about 10.30am on Saturday.
Police said the women were believed the be in their 20s. One remains in hospital while the other woman who suffered minor injuries has been discharged.
A North West Ambulance Service spokeswoman said several ambulances were called to the scene and the women were taken to hospital.
Police said the stabbings are not being treated as terror-related and they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.
