A homeless man was set on fire as he slept in a park during the weekend, police have said.
The victim had been in the Swanswell Park and Pool area of Coventry when he was approached by two people between 10pm on Saturday and the early hours of Sunday.
They poured lighter fluid over his hands and then set him alight.
The man was thought to have suffered severe burns in the attack.
No further details were available about him or his condition.
