The accusation dating back to 1992 cannot be taken forward as it falls outside California's statue of limitations.

Prosecutors in Los Angeles have said they will not file charges against Kevin Spacey over an alleged sexual assault in 1992 because too much time has passed.
A man alleged the former House Of Cards actor assaulted him in West Hollywood in October 1992.
However, prosecutors said the case could not be taken forward because the year of the alleged crime falls outside of California's statute of limitations.
Prosecutors are reviewing a second case involving the 59-year-old that includes allegations he attacked a man in Malibu in October 2016.
The case remains under review.
Prosecutors have also decided not to file charges against actors Steven Seagal and Anthony Anderson over alleged sex crimes.
In Seagal's case, the statute of limitations had passed, while for Anderson the accuser declined to be interviewed by authorities.
Spacey is being investigated in the UK for six sexual assault claims over 22 years.
American actor Anthony Rapp was the first to make an allegation against Spacey, claiming he was 14 when a 26-year-old Spacey made a sexual advance to him in 1986.
Spacey has faced a number of repercussions since allegations against him emerged, most recently when his film Billionaire Boys Club took just £98 on its opening day in the UK.
He was also sacked from Netflix's House Of Cards and edited out of Sir Ridley Scott's All The Money In The World.
Spacey was artistic director at London's The Old Vic theatre between 2004 and 2015.
He has not been arrested or charged with any crime.
