Star Wars actor Adam Driver has described Daniel Craig as "generous" after working with the Bond star on new action comedy Logan Lucky.
The movie marks a return for director Steven Soderbergh who had said he was retiring from feature films in 2013.
It tells the story of a pair of down-and-out brothers - one played by Driver, the other by Channing Tatum - who plan to rob a racing speedway.
Craig, sporting bleach blonde hair and prison tattoos, plays their safe-cracking accomplice Joe Bang - and Driver says it was a pleasure to work with him.
"Daniel Craig is a brilliant actor… He's everything you kind-of hope for...he is just the embodiment of someone who has his own way of working that's very inclusive," Driver told Sky News.
"He is not someone who is isolated on set, but at the same time has a really respectful way of taking ownership of getting in to character, but is totally available and un-precious with what it is he is doing," he added.
"He is not married to anything. Take after take, it's something different but if there is such a thing as right, it's right, in the right direction. And he couldn't be a more generous person to be around."
As well as starring in Soderbergh's new film, Driver - who rose to fame after appearing in Lena Dunham's television series Girls - also played priest in Martin Scorsese's passion project Silence and villain Kylo Ren in the rebooted Star Wars franchise.
He admits it's hard to get his head around the trajectory of his career.
"I've had some time off this past couple of months, because I haven't had a break in a while and it's good to take a break," he explained.
"So I haven't really thought about the things I got to work on. Then I started to think about it and like 'is it worth it?' And it's not even worth trying to analyse it. I've been very - extremely - lucky with the people I've got to work with."
And despite being hot Hollywood property now, Driver says he will miss making Girls - the show which made him a star.
"I've been working on it for the past six years, that's been my summer basically, working on Girls, longer than six years because we shot the pilot and then waited like a year and a half for it to come out," he said.
"So seeing those people yeah, and working on it, the crew, the cast, it was a great job. It's actually weird to say that it's a job because it didn't really feel like that, although it was. That's an actor-y answer but the people I miss working on it."
Logan Lucky is out in cinemas in the UK.
