A man has been charged with the double murder of a mother and daughter in Lancashire.

The house had been damaged by fire and smoke, according to Lancashire Police.
Shabaz Khan, 51, of Burnley, has now been charged with two counts of murder and arson being reckless as to whether life is endangered.
He will appear at Blackburn Magistrates' Court later today, the force said.
A 44-year-old woman was also arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice and aiding and abetting murder and remains in custody.
Dr Sacharvi, who was originally from Pakistan, worked as a junior doctor for Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust's community mental health team.
Detective Superintendent Jon Holmes said: "Our thoughts remain with Saman and Vian's family and we have officers supporting them at this awful time.
