Man charged following deaths of two pedestrians in Yaxley crash

A man has been charged in connection with the deaths of two pedestrians killed in a collision in Cambridgeshire.
Richard Frost, 38, has been charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving, two counts of dangerous driving, one count of causing actual bodily harm and one count of common assault.
Frost, from Dorset Avenue in Chelmsford, Essex, was arrested on Tuesday afternoon a few hours after the accident on the B1091 in Yaxley.
He has been remanded in police custody and will appear at Peterborough Magistrates' Court.
Post mortem examinations of the victims - Thomas Northam, 22, and 19-year-old Thomas Fletcher - are due to be carried out in Peterborough on Monday.
