Man charged with murder over death of schoolboy, 12, in car collision

Terence Glover, 51, is also charged with dangerous driving and 10 counts of attempted murder.

A man has been charged with murder after a 12-year-old boy was killed in a collision with a car in Essex on Monday.

Harley Watson was fatally injured when a vehicle collided with children outside Debden Park High School in Loughton on 2 December.

A 23-year-old woman, along with six boys and three girls, were also hurt.

Terence Glover, 51, of Newmans Lane in Loughton, has been charged with murder, dangerous driving and 10 counts of attempted murder.

He will appear at a magistrates' court in Chelmsford on Friday.

Senior investigating officer DCI Rob Kirby said: "I would like to thank the local community for all the help they have given us since this tragic event on Monday.

"So many people have come forward to give us information."
