Richard E Grant honoured with BAFTA career retrospective
The Withnail And I star joins previous BAFTA retrospective actors including Martin Scorsese, Kate Winslet and Kenneth Branagh.

Richard E Grant is to be honoured by BATFA with an event looking back at his award-winning career.
The Withnail And I and Jack & Sarah star will reflect on his 30 years of acting at the BAFTA: A Life In Pictures event, which explores the work of notable figures in the world of cinema.
Previous guests have included Martin Scorsese, Kate Winslet, Kenneth Branagh, Cate Blanchett, Hugh Grant, Alan Rickman, Emma Thompson and Meryl Streep.
Grant found fame with the cult British comedy classic Withnail And I, and went on to star in Gosford Park, Jack & Sarah, Bram Stoker's Dracula and a string of period films.
He also appeared in the Spice Girls film Spice World in 1997.
Grant recently entered the Marvel universe in Logan, playing Dr Zander Rice, and can presently be seen in Disney's The Nutcracker and the Four Realms,.
He is currently shooting Star Wars: Episode IX.
In a statement, BAFTA praised the Screen Actors Guild and Critics Choice award-winner, describing him as an "actor, writer, director, raconteur and entrepreneur" who has had "a long, distinguished and varied career, achieving recognition in both Hollywood blockbusters and smaller independent films".
The event examining Grant's career will be held at BAFTA headquarters in Piccadilly, London, on 2 December.
