The Supreme Court's ruling that Boris Johnson's suspending of parliament was unlawful has been published in full.
Lady Hale, the Supreme Court's president, handed out the ruling, saying that all 11 judges in the case came to the ruling decision "unanimously".
Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has led calls for the prime minister to consider his position, with John Bercow, the Speaker of the House of Commons, saying parliament will resume on Wednesday morning.
