A taxi driver has been charged with raping a woman he drove home from a Christmas party.
Amjal Hazraty is alleged to have followed the 31-year-old woman into her flat in Worthing in West Sussex in the early hours of 21 December.
The 37-year-old from Newhaven in East Sussex is charged with two offences of raping the woman.
A Sussex Police spokesman said the woman "was taken home to Worthing, where it is alleged the driver followed her into her flat and raped her".
Hazraty is due to appear at Brighton Magistrates' Court later.
