Teenage boy hit by police car in Bolton
The area was cordoned off after the pedestrian was hit by a police vehicle in St Helens Road, Bolton, around 7am on Friday morning, Greater Manchester Police confirmed. The extent of the boy's injuries are currently unknown.

A 16-year-old boy has been hit by a police car in Greater Manchester.
The teenager was taken to hospital after the crash happened on St Helens Road in Bolton at about 7am on Friday.
Greater Manchester Police said an investigation is taking place, and the area has been taped off.
"The full extent of the injuries sustained are unknown at this time," it added.
Motorists were warned to expect delays and encouraged to find alternative routes.
