Two people have been arrested over the child neglect death of a baby.
The four-month-old boy died in Clynderwen, Pembrokeshire.
Police were called to the scene around 1.45pm on Friday 18 October, by the Wales Ambulance Service Trust over concerns for the welfare of an infant.
Two people, a 19-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man, have been arrested on suspicion of child neglect.

Dyfed-Powys Police said in a statement that enquiries were ongoing.
