Joe Biden might have won the presidency but vote counting is continuing in four states.

Mr Biden's campaign team is celebrating victory, while Donald Trump's team has made unsubstantiated claims of voter fraud.

Here is the state of play in the four states which have not yet been called:

Georgia

There will be a recount in the key swing state after it was announced there will be a margin of just a few thousand votes.

Having trailed Mr Trump by 300,000 votes on Wednesday, Mr Biden now has a lead of 7,500.

The recount could delay the result for weeks.

More on Donald Trump

If Mr Biden carries Georgia, he would be the first Democratic nominee to do so since Bill Clinton in 1992, but It seems neither candidate will win the state's 16 electoral college votes anytime soon.
