A video has emerged of England cricketer Ben Stokes apparently mimicking Katie Price's disabled son Harvey.

The film appears to show Stokes imitating Harvey's appearance on the ITV daytime show Loose Women after the 15-year-old used the C-word when asked how he responded to taunts online.

Stokes is seen putting on a voice as he and a friend shout into the camera: "Hello you C****."

Harvey appeared on Loose Women in May 2016 to speak about trolls who target him over his Prada-Willi condition, autism and ADHD.

When asked by mum Katie what he would say if someone was unpleasant to him, Harvey responded using the expletive.

Video footage released by The Sun newspaper on Wednesday allegedly showed the 26-year-old involved in a brawl outside a nightclub.

Sky News understands that Stokes will be interviewed under caution by detectives, following the release of the video.

It is also understood that Hales will travel to Bristol in the next few days to speak to police.

Nobody has been charged over the events which resulted in a 27-year-old man being taken to hospital with facial injuries.

In a statement the ECB said the pair "will not be considered for selection for England international matches until further notice".

"Each remains on full pay pending further ECB investigation and the ongoing Police investigation into an incident in Bristol in the early hours of Monday 25 September," the statement said.

"Andrew Strauss, director of England Cricket, will today refer the internal disciplinary procedure for these two players to the Cricket Discipline Commission, chaired by Tim O'Gorman.

"These decisions, fully supported by ECB chairman Colin Graves, were made following the release of footage viewed by ECB for the first time on Wednesday night."

Avon and Somerset Police have appealed for any witnesses or people with footage of the event to call Investigations on 101 and give the reference number 5217218578.
