A 29-year-old has been arrested after drink driving an E-scooter at 3am on the M5
Jamal Rabeh was heading northbound between junction 25 and junction 24 at around 3am when he was stopped and arrested. Rabeh has also been charged with driving without insurance and being a learner driver on the motorway.
