Bank of England governor heralds ‘encouraging, good news� on inflation as interest rate stays at 5.25%

The head of the Bank of England Andrew Bailey said inflation had come down but that they would not be cutting interest rates until more progress was made on lowering inflation in the services sector of the economy.
