California: Surfer harassed by aggressive sea otter in Santa Cruz

Experts say such behaviour may be caused by hormonal surges, or by humans feeding the animals.

This surfer became the latest victim of an aggressive otter in Santa Cruz, California. Local police said there's been four incidents of the sea otter biting, scratching and climbing on surfboards.
