David Carrick: Police must 'double-down' efforts to root out corrupt officers, says home secretary
The home secretary has said she "will not shy away from challenging the police" after a serving Met Police officer was found to be one of Britain's most prolific sex offenders. David Carrick, who has been dismissed from the force, pleaded guilty to dozens of rapes and sexual offences.
