David Lammy talks about British 18-year-old jailed in Dubai
Marcus Fakana, from north London, has been sentenced to a year in prison in relation to a holiday romance. It is illegal to have sex with a person under 18 years of age in Dubai. David Lammy said the Foreign Office website makes clear 鈥榳hat the rules are鈥� for that country.
