Dubai floods: Meteorologist says cloud seeding is not to blame for intense rainstorms in UAE

Professor Maarten Ambaum, a meteorologist at the University of Reading, spoke to Sky News about the intense weather system that dumped a year鈥檚 worth of rain in a day on the city causing extensive flooding.

While some have sought to blame the floods on the United Arab Emirates cloud seeding operation, Ambaum says this process whereby fine particles are pumped into clouds to stimulate rainfall, is not to blame.
