Florida: Police officer wounded in shootout, applies own tourniquet in dramatic video
Officer Caleb Babb was pursuing an individual suspected of burglary when a second suspect exited a home and began shooting at him. After being shot in the leg, the officer was able to retreat and apply a tourniquet to his own wound.
