Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered Israel's military to prepare for evacuating Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip ahead of an expected ground offensive. There are over 1.5 million people sheltering in Rafah currently, with nowhere to flee in the face of an offence.
