Germany: Suspect in deadly stabbing attack hands himself in to police as IS claim responsibility
A 26-year-old man turned himself in to police, claiming to be behind the knife attack that left three dead and eight injured at a festival marking the city of Solingen's 650th anniversary. The Islamic State (IS) group claimed responsibility for the attack, without providing evidence.
