India and Pakistan 'close to war', warns former Pakistan army chief
The former chief of Pakistan's army says "we are in a dangerous situation". His warning comes after India attacked what it said were "terrorist targets" in Pakistan in response to a terrorist attack in India-administered Kashmir.
