Knife crime: Actor Idris Elba urges government to speed up ban on zombie knives
The anti-knife crime campaigner says the government's ban on zombie knives that is due to take effect in September was a "step in the right direction" but needed to come into force sooner. He also called for "360 thinking" and better funding of youth services.
