Labour's Jim McMahon refuses to say whether they would raise taxes to improve NHS
The shadow local government minister told Sky News that he saw the cost of living crisis as the top issue for voters ahead of the next election, over the state of the NHS. He told Sky's Kay Burley that "these were still very desperate times for many people."
