Lack of UK training 'big driver' behind increase in UK net migration, says Home Secretary Yvette Cooper
Net migration in 2023 was 906,000. The government says one of the main drivers behind that has been recruitment of people to fill a skills shortage. Home Secretary Yvette Cooper says Labour has a plan to fix that.
