Middle East Crisis: Israel and Iran could 'attack each other's nuclear facilities'
Lord Owen, who was foreign secretary between 1977-1979, said both Israel and Iran have indicated to each other "that their nuclear weapons are this time not off the agenda. They've taken action that indicates that the next attack could be on each other's nuclear weapons".
