James Furlong, Dr David Wails and Joseph Ritchie-Bennett were killed by Khairi Saadallah in a park in Reading in June 2020. The deaths of the Reading terror attack victims were "probably avoidable" and contributed to by the failings of multiple agencies, an inquest has found.
