US: A man has been arrested after stealing a plane from Palo Alto Airport in California and making an emergency landing on a nearby beach
San Mateo County Sheriff's Office said a witness reported the pilot fleeing as soon as he had landed, however he was arrested only minutes after the witness described his appearance.
